Interview with Victoria Jackson

Victoria Jackson is one of the UK’s leading manifestation and mindset coaches, an EFT practitioner, chart-topping podcast host, and the founder of The Collective - a digital resort where members arrive as they are and check out as their Future Selves.

She is the best-selling author of How To Manifest Anything and Manifesting For Beginners, and her third book, RESET: Realign Your Life and Become Magnetic To Your Manifestations, shares how she stripped back every area of life—from business and wealth to health and beyond—and rebuilt it brick by brick.

Through her work, Victoria helps her community move from dreamers to do-ers. Her mission is to guide people to become their vision board selves now, by releasing limiting beliefs, taking aligned action, and shifting their self-concept.

What inspired you to start your own business, and what challenges did you face in the early days?
I started The Manifestation Collective after completely transforming my own life through the power of mindset and manifestation. I went from being made redundant from my job as a magazine editor to building a business that allows me to live with freedom, creativity, and purpose every day. In the early days, the biggest challenge was trusting that it could work and that I could create success doing something I loved. Imposter syndrome crept in often, but I learned that the real magic happens when you move despite the fear.

How do you maintain balance and avoid burnout while running your business?
I’ve learned that balance isn’t about doing everything perfectly, it’s about creating spaciousness to breathe, reset, and reconnect with myself. I structure my business around my energy, working four hours a day, Monday to Thursday, and I prioritise slow mornings, Pilates, journaling, and time offline. The irony is that when I rest, I actually create my best work.

Can you share a moment or achievement that felt like a real turning point in your journey?
I think being offered my first book deal for Manifesting For Beginners in 2021. I’ve since written two more books (How To Manifest Anything and RESET which is due out in late 2025). I had been manifesting this opportunity since 2017, and when the email dropped into my inbox to ask whether I’d like to write a book to help people understand the basics of manifestation, it was such a powerful moment. I think I realised then just what my business had the potential to be.

How do you support or empower other women in business or within your industry?
Empowering women is at the heart of everything I do. Inside my monthly manifestation membership, The Collective, I teach practical manifestation tools and mindset shifts that help women take action, build confidence, and create lives they genuinely love on a soul level – rather than what might look good on social media. Beyond that, I openly share my own lessons - the wins, the wobbles, and everything in between - because I think it’s important to show that success doesn’t have to look perfect to be powerful, and transparency is one of my key values in business.

Has mentorship played a role in your growth, either as a mentor or a mentee?
Absolutely. I’ve invested in mentors who’ve helped me expand what I believe is possible, and in turn, I now mentor others through my content, podcast, and membership. Mentorship isn’t always formal - sometimes it’s simply being an example of what’s possible for someone else, and that’s a responsibility I take to heart.

Do you use events in your business - whether for clients, community, or connection - and how have they helped you grow?
Yes, I absolutely love creating events. I host in-person days like Future Self Transformation Day, Pilates & Positive Intentions Sessions and Vision Board Mornings, which blend mindset, journaling, and energy work in a way that feels grounding yet expansive. Bringing people together in real life deepens the connection and reminds everyone (myself included) of the magic that happens when you’re surrounded by like-minded souls.

What’s been your most memorable business event or experience (as a host or attendee)?
Hosting Future Self Transformation Days will always hold a special place in my heart. Watching women have those lightbulb moments, seeing their faces soften as they realise what’s possible, it’s such a privilege. I’ll never forget the energy in the room on those days. It always feels like we’ve left as new versions of ourselves – which we absolutely have.

How do you make sure your brand values and personality come through in the way you show up - online, in-person, or at events?
My brand is an extension of who I am, so I make sure every touchpoint feels warm, grounded, and a little bit magical. Whether it’s through my words, visuals, or community spaces, I focus on creating an experience, not just a brand. I’m very intentional about maintaining that mix of laid-back luxury and best-friend energy, so people always feel seen, inspired, and safe to dream bigger.

Looking ahead, what’s next for you and your business?
The next chapter is all about expansion. I’m evolving The Collective into a digital resort, where you arrive as you are, and check out as your Future Self. I’ve also just finished writing my third book so I’m excited for that to come to the world later in 2025, and finally, I’m growing The Manifestation Collective Podcast, which is now at over 120 episodes and nearly half a million downloads. My vision is to keep creating spaces that remind people that the life they’re dreaming of isn’t far away - it’s just one aligned decision at a time.
